All products sold by Etiq Noir are sold strictly for laboratory research, analytical, and educational purposes. They are not medicines. They are not dietary supplements. They are not cosmetics for consumer use. They are not for human or animal consumption, injection, or application.

Nothing on this site is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

2. Not medical advice

The catalog, library, calculator, personal assistant, goals pages, and any product copy describe research compounds in plain language. They are not instructions for use in people. They are not a protocol, prescription, or dosing recommendation. You are responsible for your own research design and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Who may buy

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are buying for a legitimate laboratory or research purpose, and that you will not resell or furnish the material for human or animal use. We may refuse, cancel, or reverse any order that we believe is not for research.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for handling, storage, labeling, and disposal under applicable law. You will not represent Etiq Noir products as drugs or as approved for human use. You will not market, advertise, or describe them in a way that implies they are for people.

5. Testing and descriptions

Purity statements and certificates of analysis, when linked, come from the supplier or a third-party laboratory. We do not warrant that any lot will meet a particular result in your work. Photographs, vial sizes, and names are for identification. Strength is chosen on the product page. Prices are shown as listed and may change.

6. No warranty

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Etiq Noir disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Etiq Noir and its owner, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or research delay, arising from the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Etiq Noir and its owner from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your handling or use of the products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law.

9. Orders, payment, and shipping

Orders are offers to buy. We accept or reject them when we confirm. Payment methods shown at checkout are Venmo, Zelle, and Crypto (Bitcoin or USDC on Base only). You are responsible for sending the correct amount and for putting the order number in the payment memo where asked. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier takes the package. Cold-chain and transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

10. Returns

Opened research materials generally cannot be returned. Unopened items may be considered at our discretion if you contact us within 7 days of delivery and the seal and cold-chain are intact. We do not refund payment-network fees.

11. Site accounts and privacy

If you create an account, keep the login to yourself. We store the information you give us to process orders and to communicate with you. Do not send payment passwords or seed phrases through this site.

12. Intellectual property

The Etiq Noir name, EN mark, photographs, and site copy belong to the business. You may not copy the catalog or brand for your own shop.

13. Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, unless a statute requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update this page. The version posted when you order is the one that applies to that order.

15. Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of the products sold, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have an issue with your purchase, email support@etiqnoir.com and we will be happy to assist you.

16. Shipping

Orders ship once payment is received and arrive within 3–5 business days, or as soon as possible. Shipping to the lower 48 United States is $11.67. Shipping is free on purchases over $200.

17. SMS Terms

If you voluntarily opt in on the Etiq Noir website, Etiq Noir may send transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include order confirmations, payment-status updates, shipping and fulfillment updates, and customer-service communications related to your order.

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@etiqnoir.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only for the messages described above and for order support. We do not sell SMS opt-in data.

Reconstitution

1. Work clean. Wipe stoppers. Let them dry.
2. Draw bacteriostatic water. Typical start is 2 mL — confirm per vial.
3. Run the water down the glass wall. Do not blast the cake.
4. Swirl. Never shake. Give it a few minutes.

Storage

Lyophilized: freezer, dark. Reconstituted: refrigerator, short clock. BAC water lives at checkout, not in a story.
